Guest Approval

We hope you've made it through the holidays and New Year well, had some time to catch your breath and gather energy. We have done the same. And therefore, we can start the new year at full power and please you with great new features for your collaboration. Also with people who are outside of the workspace. More collaboration - External Approvers This is our pride in the feature list. In the last release, we enabled you to approve posts. Sometimes, however, the approver is not an employee in the workspace and only works occasionally with it. For example, your CEO, who has linked his private LinkedIn channel, but the content is provided by you and only needs to be approved by your CEO. We can now easily represent this with a guest user. This guest does not count as a full member in the workspace and therefore does not need a license. Yes, how cool is that?! And since guests do not look into the workspace constantly, we have added another feature... Notifications now also via Email If the workspace has something in store for you, you usually receive a notification and sometimes a task. However, you only see the notification when you are in the workspace. This is impractical for external users. Therefore, all users can now also be informed about new notifications via email. This can be any email address and does not have to match the email address with which the user has logged in. The option is turned off by default and must be activated by each user. And the best thing is: You can even integrate teams or Slack via email. We would be happy to explain to you how this works in a call. Ready for Typo3 In recent weeks, we have been working on an integration with Typo3 and have now finished a first PoC (Proof of Concept). Posts can now also be published automatically on Typo3. We are looking forward to the first test customers. Unlimited number of idea boards Good idea management is a central place for innovation in the company. We now give you even more flexibility in idea management. Now, every user in the workspace has the possibility to create additional idea boards. This way, an idea board can be assigned to a certain topic and idea management becomes much more clear and structured. Guests can also access boards and capture and edit ideas. Documents and comments now also for ideas Handling of documents and comments is now consistent. Documents and comments can be assigned to an idea. And when the idea is transformed into a story, all documents and comments can be transferred to the story. Reduction and simplification of automatic tasks The tasks in the workspace can sometimes be overwhelming. Therefore, we have reduced the number of sent tasks. Automatic tasks also disappear when the task is completed. Like magic. :-) Design adjustments We don't want to wait for the spring cleaning in spring but scrub and polish our UI now. We have made many small adjustments to optimize the user experience. Maybe you will notice one or the other. However, we refrain from listing them here, because there were really many small adjustments. The list would be very long, and we don't want to bore you with details. Addendum - Improved Password Security With a bug fix release on November 28, we quietly and secretly worked on password security. It is now new that the password must be at least 12 characters long. If the password is entered incorrectly more than 5 times in a row, access will be blocked for a certain period of time. This helps keep hackers at bay (brute force attack).
